Background
Founded in 2007, R.O.L.E. is an Indonesian non-profit. Through its Bali WISE programme) empowers marginalized young women through vocational training and job placement in hospitality and digital marketing, as well as providing environmental education and waste management programmes working with local schools and the wider community. Our grant will fully fund the construction of a sustainable bamboo classroom, creating a dedicated space for training and environmental workshops.
This new facility will benefit approximately 1,440 local students and 100 young women participating in their BaliWISE training programme annually.
